30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been heavily used or intentionally damaged
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage or installation
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), Go4Supply will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We gladly replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you ordered the wrong product but the item is unopened and eligible for return, you may request an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additional shipping charges may also apply for sending the replacement item.
How to Start a Return
