Thank you for purchasing from Go4Supply. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Go4Supply warrants that its ink cartridges are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and storage conditions.

This warranty covers:

• Defective cartridges that fail to function properly upon installation.
• Print quality issues directly caused by a defective cartridge.
• Leaking cartridges caused by manufacturing defects or shipping.
• Products received damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Customers must retain proof of purchase, such as an invoice, order confirmation, or receipt, to make a warranty claim.

What We Will Do

If a product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Go4Supply will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the defective product; or
• Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective product

No additional fees will be charged for approved warranty replacements.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

1. Order number or proof of purchase.
2. Product SKU or item description.
3. Description of the issue.
4. Photos or videos demonstrating the problem, if applicable.
5. Printer model information.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and consumption of ink.
• Improper installation or handling.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Printer malfunctions unrelated to the cartridge.
• Products used beyond their intended purpose.
• Damage resulting from improper storage conditions.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.

Printer Protection Guarantee

Go4Supply guarantees that its compatible ink cartridges will not damage your printer when used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Supply's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Go4Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
