Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
• Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Go4Supply is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
